You left out Pentax which is the mother of Samsung DSLR camera.

"PENTAX Corporation is pleased to announce that the PENTAX K10D lens-interchangeable digital SLR camera, first launched in November 2006, was selected as the winner of the Camera Grand Prix 2007 award in Japan. The selection was made because of the K10D's exceptional image quality and array of advanced features, including the PENTAX-original Shake Reduction system"

I thought the famous CCD problem only happen to A70, A80?

I was told by Canon service manager that A95 is not using the problematic CCD.

(my A70 had the same CCD problem, and Canon change it to A95 with RM299 extra)

i learnt that apart frm good sharpness/colour/function/performance, product reliability is extremely vital too, dun want to invest ~1K dc and end-up 'kong' after a year or two

How about Homo Sapiens?
- very large dynamic range
- comes with underwater housing
- built in VR, IS, OIS etc...
- almost unlimited built in memory storage
- got voice and video function
- quite good in low light
- large availability of lenses from any optical shop
- instant startup time
- automatic dust reduction

Any more functions I missed?
