Health Anyone is having intermittent fasting?

Hi everyone, I am a guy that initially weight 98kg then after 2 weeks of intermittent fasting. My weight dropped to 95kg. However, now i am stuck at 95kg for 1week already. I do eat less carbohydrate during my lunch and dinner. I don't drink soft drink or any sweet drink except water, tea and black coffee. Would need some advice from all of you here on how can I improve my plan Besides, I gonna start doing High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) on next week.
