Health Anyone is having intermittent fasting?

Hi everyone, I am a guy that initially weight 98kg then after 2 weeks of intermittent fasting. My weight dropped to 95kg.

However, now i am stuck at 95kg for 1week already. I do eat less carbohydrate during my lunch and dinner.

I don't drink soft drink or any sweet drink except water, tea and black coffee.

Would need some advice from all of you here on how can I improve my plan biggrin.gif

Besides, I gonna start doing High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) on next week.

I do practise intermittent fasting from 1am to 6pm. If your goal is weight loss, IF is not required. A calorie deficit will work regardless of the diet scheme

I start my fast from 9pm until next day 1pm.

1. Drink mainly water
2. Swap refined carbs for veggies
3. Do 36 push-ups and exercise 30 minutes a day
4. Drink coffee an hour before working out
5. Sleep extra 30 minutes more a night (7-8 hours is the best)

The sudden drop in weight after even 1 day fasting is mostly due to water loss. If you do exercise and sweat a lot, you can expect 2~3kg weight loss smile.gif

Calorie deficit is not really hard. Do not reduce too sudden and too much. Example: If you eat 10kg of rice, then reduce to 9kg per day. Maintain that for 1 week. You fill find you get used to it and do not feel hungry anymore. After that reduce another kg... You get what I mean.

Like people who fast during fasting month. The first day, they might be hungry but after 3~4 days, your body adjust to it. Your stomach will not secrete stomach acid to digest food at lunch time anymore. Your body will self adjust. Yes, no one die laugh.gif

Many people said they don't eat much. Well, the amount much is ambiguous. smile.gif People in countries with not enough food are never fat biggrin.gif

However, human body is clever. Once you start reducing food intake, your body also reduce its metabolism. So, at one pint you will find that your body weight is maintained.

Drink a lot water
95KG X 40 Ml = 3.8 Liters
When you got do exercise, water level will be more than 3.8 liters.

Not only fasting.
Practice on eat small portion with more meals.
Eat with a fix portion.
Eat more green vegetable and high in fiber like broccoli, lettuce and eat more fruit.

Yes exercise will help.
Exercise more that 45 mins can help burn the visceral fat.

Dont give up bro.

It just a beginning.
I believe you can overcome the situation.
Believe you can slim down.
Be focus.

IF apamende. Calorie in < calorie out. Eat anytime you want.
