Dear Maxis,
Please clarify if I have paid Advanced Payment with GST before June 1st 2018, how does it work to refund me monthly? As for now, I have paid Advanced Payment WITH GST in May 2018. What's the plan? Thank you |

I dont think you will be refunded given the way GST works. That's why we also refused to receive deposit unless customer are ok with no billing (just basic trust that we will deduct the deposit from the total amount when issuing invoice next month). Once you issue an invoice, you have to pay GST for it, regardless if it is an advance payment or deposit for something that will happen next month when GST is over.
