PS4 Jap Adapter, Help me out to find this please?

Hi,
My PS4 is a Jap set & u probably know Jap PS4's power cord plug is tiny so it requires an adapter, since the day of release I am using this fat PS4 with a Narken multifunction adapter, but this thing isn't working anymore now, BUT I can not find a new one anywhere, tried local shops, Lazada, Mr. DIY, Daiso, Ace hardware too  any help anyone??
