PS4 Jap Adapter, Help me out to find this please?

Hi,
My PS4 is a Jap set & u probably know Jap PS4's power cord plug is tiny so it requires an adapter, since the day of release I am using this fat PS4 with a Narken multifunction adapter, but this thing isn't working anymore now, BUT I can not find a new one anywhere, tried local shops, Lazada, Mr. DIY, Daiso, Ace hardware too  any help anyone?? Why not change the cord so that it uses UK plug? Ps4 can handle local voltage
If you still want to use the adapter, just go to any hardware shops they will sell them |

PS4 phat & slim use common electric cord in Malaysia. Just the Pro one is a bit harder.
PS4 have a multi voltage PSU so you dont need a step down transformer |

For ps4 pro , you can use any power cable that similar to this cable
