edit:
No More Premium Pass, all 'expansion packs' are free

No pay2win, unlock gameplay affecting things through playing the game, but other MTX not sure.

players get toolkit to build fortifications on the battlefield, such as foxholes, sandbags

Co-Op is back

Operations are backed, called Grand Operations and take place over four 'days'.

the game will at first focus on the 'Fall of Europe', only mentioned the ability to play as the British or Germans.

Higher calibre bullets, such as those from an MG42, will pass through walls.

I am not a COD nor BF fanboy. I play the games alternately, like MoW3, Bad Company, BF4 & Advanced warfare.

What I can say is, BF5 looks more promising than BO4.

Multiplayer mode...Battlefield is more diverse then COD games.... due to wide map that they offer and divest way of tactical playng

Say hello to Airborne: a new #Battlefield V mode where you'll parachute into the battlefield and work with your squad to destroy enemy artillery, or defend them and make sure the threat from above is dealt with.

And a battle royale mode.

I'm more interested in the single-player element than the multiplayer, but not surprisingly, the reveal and the gameplay trailer for E3 2018 are focused on the latter.

Oh well, I'll wait for the single-player trailers when they're released at a later date. Then I'll see if it's worth getting it or not.

If your deal breaker is the quality of Single Player campaign, then you can forget about buying it. Battlefield series single player is not really that good compared to its legendary multi-player dynamism and intense game play. thumbup.gif

I see. But I do recall that many critics praised the single-player portion in Battlefield 1. Of course multi-player still reigns for this series, no surprise there. Hopefully they'll be able to maintain that same quality in V.

For me, I'll just wait until the price drop further, then I may consider it. biggrin.gif

The previous Battlefield games such as 3 and 4 for single-player are pretty so-so the last time I played them.

yes, I do finish the single player mission but only after I play multi-player for quite some time. And yes, BF1 single player is more "cinematic" but is quite boring playing the AI. biggrin.gif

World War II is still interesting as always. I can see a Tiger tank there, oh wow. Will there be a Pacific campaign too?
