 Aligot Sauce, any Malaysian DIY it?

The original aligot uses tomme cheese, which is not available even outside of France.
This guy makes it using mozarella and gruyere cheese as the subtitute.
Anybody already tried making it using cheese sold in malaysia?

I believe one burger bakar dude managed to make and serve it. I know of one of the outlets in Ampang area selling aligot wrapped burger.
