guys , what's the difference between liqui moly toptec ? synthoil  ? molygen ? they are all fully synthetic oil , right ? I'm looking for fully synthetic oil now for my persona ... Or any brand suggestion for fully synthetic oil ? I have been using shell helix semi synthetic all this while , i can feel the engine sound is quite rough

Engine sound rough, is inherent in the engine and its parts, nothing to do with the oil.

Since, the Persona is not a high performance car, right spec Mineral oil will do. Any oil with XXw-40 will do. Change it according to Proton's recommended interval, every 6 months or 10k km.

If you want better protection, for the occasional, sprint, semi synthetics would be better.

Synthetic oil is overkill for a Proton. But, if you have a lot of money or if company is paying for maintenance, synthetics.

If within 6 months, the mileage still not yet reach5k km, need to change oil also?

If 6 months, cant reach 5k km, use mineral oil. You would be saving money

However, if you drive mainly town driving, meaning: lots of idling waiting in traffic, crawling speeds. Semi syn may provide you with more protection

For your case, synthetics are a waste of money. Like Top range Nike shoes for yoga. But, it is up to you.
