i dont know whether tm stupid or they try to make malaysian citizen stupid by choosing normal package.

whole 4mbps now experiencing throttled??.. my speed never exceed 1000kbps after 6pm.

i cannot change.. my area just 218.111.12.xxx.. 12 only. so sakit hati when i borrow my fren 1mbps speedtest ccan get 1800kbps.. but with my 4mbps username only get 500kbps.. i try not to download anything today.. but still same.. very slow after 6pm~7pm..until now.

wow.. already call n speak with premier CS.. looks like they are less monkey than normal CS. now my complain already sent to what they called.. HBC. i dont know that. almost everyday i called them since last week.. the weird thing, i can download RS premium at full speed 440kB/sec (3 parallel dl) but internet browsing was very slow slow...even maybank2u cannot load sometime. no change if i stop download.. almost cant do anything.. cant pay bill etc etc. but when i start download RS..400kB/sec+.. look like tm forcing me to just download files...

1st day of the month.. how about the connection? goes superfast or still same? let see tonight...

still slow.. so tm is fakap.. not about throttling now.. its IP.. bandwidth allocated for 218.111 IP is not enough i think..

what happen?.. does anyone?.. i cannot use internet now using my 4mbps username.. it give me IP 218.202.250.xxx ... not 218.111 anymore.. but cant use.. i try my fren 1mbps username.. got normal ip and can use internet as usual..
ping 202.188.0.133 / 1.5 also no reply.. but ping gateway 219.93.xxxx have a reply.. from positive side, maybe tm assigning new IP range for me.. but still cannot browse anything. (currently use my handphone, celcom3g)

wahaha.. stupid IP man from tm.. they accidentally put 218.202 in my area.. should be 218.208.. and now i connected with that IP (218.208.250.xxx).. really fast now.. they realize when i make report.. this is very unacceptable error..

it is in bps.. normally modem will show in kbps.. but, it is usual speed. 4mbps down and 512kbps up.

my area have both 'premium IP'.. i can connect with 218.111 & sometime 218.208.. but personally, i prefer speed from 218.208... i hope this performance will last longer... no more cable break la tm.

please dont upgrade to 4mbps anymore.. let us enjoy this speed.. hehe 24hour super fast now with 218.208..

just kidding la.. yes, mine also have a very bad status when i'm upgraded to 4mb.. here

it is just their alasan.. no effect with earthquake actually, undersea cable again.. they can say that because the people will percaya bulat2 coz no one will check whether that true or not.. right?

unfortunately the happiness of 218.208 IP not last long.. now this IP become slow.. even im not a heavy downloader.. avg data transfer for me is 2~5GB/day and sometime not even reach 1GB. radio streaming always buffer.. max speed for download reduce to 100+kB/sec.. and lately i have problem ppp authentication failed when try to connect. when i calling tm's monkey (100), they said 4mbps user now have that difficulties to connect and now they trying to investigate why.. tm oh tm..

quite unstable.. just think do you REALLY want 4mb??.. if you're 1mbps subscriber and get capped @2mbps then i think you should stick with that.. got more contras than pros. last month really good.. but in October back to suck..

currently on strongvpn sans Fransisco server.. streaming radio @128kbps ok, download from rapid up to 550kB/sec ok..but on streamyx, tomorrow you never know.. haha

if this continue to happen, next month my 12month contract will tm ended. so considering downgrade to 384/512kbps only. will back to my office line after this if i want to download HD movie/from flux. tired already with tm.
