The installer will check the snr margin make sure you capped properly if ur case is upgrade case make sure your username is also upgraded :-)

There's no such thing for HSI speed they will chek SNR margin and make sure you are capped properly if ur ADSL support ADSL2 you can get up to 8 Mbps

No problem lah don't worry the difference they just capped ur speed higher / at ur line and username and you pay more

It's great many users upgrade to HSI :-) anyone manage to get capped at 8024kbps

Make a report most probably your username is not capped at 4 Mbit yet, Dial 1300889515 tekan 1 utk streamyx and tekan 3 utk bantuan teknikal :-) make sure you get report no and let them now you're capped wrongly.

Factory default the Buffalo modem :-) reconfig all

Today tm.nut got problem with their routing you will be experiencing slow speed

Because in ur modem the ADSL speed is not capped at 4 Mbit :-)

I just pay monthly rental fees for first month ( no streamyx chargers )

Second month RM 1.00 for details billing ( I call them to disable it rugi paying RM 1.00 )

Third month baru dpt streamyx combo Bill expected RM 160 x 3 months = RM 480 + RM 88.00 ( Activation Fees ) = RM 568.00

( I already confirm with them regarding this billings chargers )

I don't think so if 2Mbps they just set ur speed to 4Mbps at ur modem, NOC people have access to set the speed at ur modem, they don't change port for 4Mbps

Same case like mine so i decided to register Streamyx Combo 4.0 Mbps with a new line and deposit and i said if i don't get 4.0 Mbps pls cancel my registration and refund my money,so they decided to give me my 4Mbps, but rite now i have 2 lines lah 1.5 Mbps and 4.0 Mbps thinking upgrading them so total bandwith is 8 Mbps but rite now total bandwith can go up to 6 Mbps is more than enough.
