24/7 rig on? 24/7 overclocked?, How do you run your rig?

Rig A
System : as my siggy said  24/7; 365; BIOS OverclockedReason : gaming, overclocking adventure, folding, testing hardware to the max in BIOS overclock, C&Q is useless  Rig B System : old PIII, 24/7; 365; no-overclock Reason : i can't overclock  , torrenting, word processing, music jukebox |

My only rig :
24/7 switched on if torrenting or dl-ing stuff.also 24/7 bios oc-ed. no choice have to oc my rig.not enough powarr  |
