Contract Eternal Asia RMA Department, have your serial number ready, they only handle warranty for the drive distributed by them.
If not covered by them, have to send to Singapore (I think). Did my RMA 2mths back, without receipt, just send them the drive and will contact you when new drive is ready. For me, whole process is ~2wks. |
