 Turbo on NA car, What to take extra care?

Let's say I installed a Bolt On Turbo on my NA car, what are the thing I have to take extra care?

As compare to Supercharged, which of it is easier to take care of?

As far as I know, radiator has to be upsize according to the turbo size. Is it true?

The thing now is, I'm getting a second car with turbo mod. I'm planning to get a stock one then supercharged it but since someone is selling it with "reasonable" price, I'm considering it.

I haven't view the car but I noticed the radiator still stock and no additional intercooler on it. Mileage is pretty low, I afraid this car is "incomplete" and lots of routing mod required to drive long distance.

Brakes already upgraded to 4Piston & adjustable absorber.. Should be sufficient to handle the speed.

Let's say all tubing is there, do I need to upgrade the radiator size?

Apart of that, I'm first time on turbo/sc car. What are the things I have to take extra care except engine oil? Coolant has to be different from NA car?

whatsmore, If its got the stock internals(im assuming high compression), you can only run that little boost before everything turns on you.

Engine is stock. Seller didn't mention anything about the fuel system, I presume the injectors and fuel hose are all stock. I'm not sure if the ICU has tuned or flashed.

I'm going to meet him up tomorrow, hence I wish to gather whatever information before speak to him.

hmm.gif hmm.gif I will try to check it out thoroughly. Because by the photos, I can't see any intercooler in the bumper nor on top of the engine.

Next is the intercooler which is a separate system from the engine. The more efficient the intercooler, the better. Also, engine oil also needs to be synthetic (as it can hold optimum thickness (viscosity) at higher temperature; plus engine oil change will be quicker (i.e. if usual oil change is 10K with syn oil, then with a turbo, you probably want to change between 5k-7k km per oil cycle. But that is only if you have tuned turbo for higher psi / bar pressure) The higher the more power, but also more turbo lag and more heat. 

Other things need to look at, are Blow Off Valves (or By Pass Valves), High Pressure Fuel Pump, Re Mapping / Tuning of Car (as you are making the engine deliver more power, hence ignition timing needs to be tuned), you may also only use RON97 if the car is running on higher compression ratios. Other things has already been mentioned like suspension, brakes calipers & Rotors, turbo timer).

Additional / optional are oil catch cans, engine mounts, LSDs, sway / strut bars (this can be important if the flexes too much during extreme acceleration and cornering).

Not sure, I go through trader. The only thing I know from test drive is current turbo setting up to 1+bar.

Brake 4P, tyre potenza for 17"rim. Not an issue already..

I believe some of the parts have replaced with cheaper one, need to cash in.

My 4g92p with stock internals manage to take boost up to 1bar from kul to johor none stop. My ecu is just aftermarket link atom..i learn alot from my tuner,and many thanks to my tuner who is willing to teach me too..
