hi guys. would upsizing to 195/55R15 (from 175/65R14) would affect my speedometer and scratch fender?

or should I upsize to 185/55/R15 or 195/50/R15 instead? but this size iinm is more uncommon

My new rim also has the same jj and et. Front need to put spacer with tire a bit out of fender.

Anyone facing this issue especially cold start. Change gear P -> D, [gearbox jerks one time, RPM goes to 1.3K while battery warning indicator pop out for 1 second] << happens all together after i shift to D. So annoying with this issue and senaxis also cannot solve this problem, its so clearly that the GB is gonna be dead soon

Having trainees work in workshop from our local university or colleges are okay, but the service center shouldn't treat those trainees as "cheap labor". The purpose is "training", so trainees participate in any less complicated service work should fully guided by their qualified supervisor. For the complicated service works, it must be solely done by qualified technician, the trainees may assist the qualified technician if they are interested to see how to carry out those kind of works.

It is correct and necessary move for current Proton Management to focus and improve the aftersales.

Recently having a talk with my friend who own few Toyota cars, he has told me that Toyota customer service (sales and after sales) is quite good, that is why he prefers to buy Toyota car. That shows how "sales and aftersales service" quality can affect the customer choice in their future purchase. So really hope Proton not only can make good car, but also can provide a good aftersales services.

Just curious, why Proton VVT engine has such a high rpm during idling which can contribute high fuel consumption when driving in heavy traffic condition.

He just trying to explain why you need to break in the engine bro, like shown in that video even high performance car need some engine break in. Your sample size of 2 is not enough to apply to millions of new car produced every years.

The speed limit and mileage need for the break in is probably over exaggerated by car manufacturers though.

Manufactured part will never 100% perfect in dimensions and always have production tolerances. The running-in will cater the sufficient time for those moving surfaces to make a good contact. There is YouTube video related to this topic shows "minor" metal debris found trapped in the oil filter during running-in period, this shows manufacturing and production process never can be perfect. So in my case, I choose to apply the running-in as recommended by maker.

However, it is up to individual to believe the "running-in" theory or not. Even someone car may perform poorly after few years, it is difficult to prove it is because of running-in. Because so many factors can affect the car engine performance after few years on the road, that including how we drive and maintain our car in normal days.
