Buying Advice is it important to buy dry box ?, recommended dry box by sifu2 here ?

is that important to buy dry box ? if yes , then i have to postphone from buying lens 1st . any opinion guyz ?

Check for shutter count. The less the better, just like mileage on a car.

Nikon D40 With 18 - 55mm ED2, Shutter Count around 5k , Original set, warranty till dec 2007 .

not all model can check shutter count. Sometime it's just hard to see even exterior might look good...
Luck play alot in this..if possible get a still under warranty 2nd hand unit |

no one seems to be really answering the question...
  First inspect the unit. Start with the simple cosmetics of it, then inspect the lens. Try the viewfinder, take a few pictures (like a blank wall), inspect the pictures. basically test the functions |

lolz already made decision going for Nikon ya so fast
just go and have hands on experience on both and see which you like best, for testing wise i think most pros here have already stated |
