not necessary bro..I hv suck time with unifi where I did all troubleshooting I found out it is my lamp post port damage..
but they take time doing 1 by 1 from replacing in house cable and test cannot, then call another team to arrange for lamp post to my cable recabling.
fail again, then end up fail another report to change outside lamp post port..
overall process take me a month to get the line fix..
imagine I hv no internet at house and I hv to subscribe to mobile internet to support 10+ device streaming in house..
they rebate my bill but also not enough to cover my lost..
