Hi, I've been seeing that I am not looking any fatter and in fact a little leaner but I was measuring this body fat % machine in the gym, and got the shock of my life, it went from 30% previously to 36% WTF!!!

Just wanted to know if it is still logical to continue following the readings or just trust mirror.

Just some info, started 80kg with approx 32% > 75kg approx 30% and back to 80kg with 36% wtf

I stopped the cutting because I realized I was doing it wrongly, cutting too much calories too fast with extra cardio.

You can ask the staff if the machine is working well or not but most likely the reading is correct. Our eyes tend to be deceiving but if you choose to rely on your eyes solely I think the best way would be to find a full-body mirror and take a picture of your physique consistently.
