and wait a minute , their singing is lack of personality is almost like most of them can use good vocal , but they cannot turn out their own personality .

at the same time , malaysian english song is also the same , malaysian english song still lack of own personality , they just use hip-hop or rap in their song ...

Nigger is an offensive word to them, try saying that in the Bronx, you'll be lucky if you can leave that place in one piece. There's a better way to address them than to calling a nigger.

Your suspension was due to the n* word and not the referral to black people. IMO, referring to them as black people isn't in any way derogatory, but in your context, you made an unusual attempt to refer to them twice in a statement that obviously was belittling a particular ethnic group.
