What's the difference between Primacy 4 vs Primacy 4ST?

I heard 4st is for Asia market...that's all. Difference is just in the name.

7,500km after changing to Primacy 4, very silent and comfortable tires. Only complain is the wet grip is not that good, had some aquaplaning on the other day.

My new Primacy SUV tyres.  Got it fitted just on last Sat, and drove few hundred km on Sunday itself.  Wow, the tyres are so quiet !

Burst? Due to impact and so on? Probably no. They cover for cracks and so on but probably useless as well what they do is they calculate how much thread left give u a voucher on remaining thread, example 30% left they give u rm50 voucher and buy next tyre at RRP using the voucher

Not sure because of impact but suddenly happen while driving back from Penang. Suddenly heard 'helicopter' sound and steered to the left of the road. After inspection on the thread got nothing but got large crack on the side wall. I send back the tyre and replace with a new one at the tyre shop. The tauke said will try to send for claim

Just changed to Primacy 4 205/50/R17 tyres yesterday @RM520 each. Feels more comfortable and quiet vs my previous PS4 ones, but I seldom drive, so maybe just psychological effect of my new tyres!

Visited a tyre shop yesterday and they don't take Michelin tyres anymore. Not too sure on actual reason but it may be that the price is always higher than other brands of tyres. I mostly see Goodyear, Continental and Hankook tyres in the shop. Mostly in the RM300+ price range.

was considering Primacy 4 vs Pilot Sport 5. Tested my friend's car with PS5 and i eventually went for Primacy 4 - no regrets.

= Price is about the same depending on which shop you go to
= Even for spirited driving it is way more than grippy enough - i'm not doing a time attack on the race track anyway
+ Primacy 4 is noticeably more comfortable
+ Primacy 4 is significantly quieter
- Primacy 4 seems to pick up gravel easier so if you drive over some loose gravel on the road you'll hear some clattering till it spins off as you continue driving

Overall, I would recommend Primacy 4 over the PS5 because of the comfort and quietness. Despite it being marketed as a comfort tyre vs the PS5's sporty intentions, for everyday driving (even if it's a bit more spirited) it's way more than good enough.

Changed 2 tyres to primacy 4 from primacy 4.

205/60/r16 385 at tyreplus Klang.

Last change 4 primacy 4 same size 3-4 years back at 300 each only. Inflation rocks lolz.
