I dont think this project die wan, I think this project sure laku wan as no developer has built office block in Semenyih yet. Even Eco Majestic also delay their plans for office tower.

If really behind the Volkswagen Semenyih, then I think this project GOT A LOT OF POTENTIAL as this area is soon becoming a commercial hub with its close proximity to Kiara Plaza, Vista Valley, Kiara Buisness Centre, Volkswagen showroom etc. More so that this will be the first office towers project in Semenyih, and a tall one too similiar to KL city buildings.

If this project materialise and more companies and buissnesses move into the office towers, this will open up more employment opportunities and job vacancies in office based positions for the people living in Semenyih and surrounding areas. Probably who knows, administrative, management, legal and law services and consultation, buisness services and consultation, contact centre, programming, web page development, IT and electronics R&D, dotcoms, startups all lead to high ranking positions that eventually lead to high paying jobs.

Also, the 4 towers will be the tallest skyscraper blocks in Semenyih.

There is one new project coming up in Semenyih near here and around these area, Asia Poly Buisness Park. In between Kiara Buisness Centre and Volkswagen showroom.

I think must create a new thread about it.

Greene Park in Semenyih will be a more interesting place once fully built. The tallest skyscrapers in Semenyih and probably South Klang Valley.

Already nearby Vista Valley@Semenyih shops offices near Kajang East are fast becoming occupied.

Probably in the next 2 to 3 years. Already this Semenyih is fast developing.

At least apartments here have much better occupancy and take up rate than Cyberjaya apartments.

When is this project going to start construction?

Aiyah, this project not yet finish yet, so slow. Better fast-fast build.

In another taught, better slow-slow build then got perfection and quality otherwise when fast-fast build might have defects. But don't take too long to finish building wan.
