Detail of project as announced in Bursa:

"The Award covers 2 phases whereby Phase 1 is to construct two (2) blocks of office suites, namely, Block A (40-storey) and Block B (34-storey), consist of eight (8) storeys podium with thirteen (13) units 2-storey shop, one (1) unit recreation centre and car parks.

The Phase 2 of the project is to construct two (2) blocks of office suites, namely, Block C (42- storey) and Block D (36-storey), consist of eight (8) storeys podium with ten (10) units 2-storeyshop, one (1) unit recreation centre and car parks.

The Award also cover two (2) units guard house, one (1) unit 33KV Stesyen Suis Utama (“SSU”), two (2) units refuse chamber and one (1) unit underground sewerage pump station (private title).

The construction work is based on the surrender and re-alienation basis under the Section 204 B Kanun Tanah Negara and it is on the Lot 240, 900 & 1137, Jalan Sunway Semenyih, Mukim Semenyih, Daerah Ulu Langat, Selangor."

40 story ke? Wow.. but the video is nice

if its sunway semenyih still ok, coz thats not too deep inside semenyih yet.
but whos the developer tho?

40 storeys in Semenyih? Wow, highly ambitious...

LMarq already 35 floors, 40 floors still acceptable... But to offer shoe box product in Semenyih really too over..

Bring down d price ma due 2 slow prop market, if bigger size units price shoot up then become overhang units lo ie unsold 4 at least 9 mnths after vp😐

Shoe box not appropriate with Semenyih, the units either overhand with developers or the purchasers only...

Give semenyih folks more varieties 2 choose lo, every time dsl oni like everyday eat nasi lemak oso sien lo😃but no doubt it will b challenging 2 sell in semenyih wrh plenty of available land

If not mistaken this project is 290k come with Fully Furnish included all the electrical appliances.

Which I heard from a friend which working with developer.

He said the furniture already cost about 50k for smallest unit.

Do you have more info about what furniture they giving?
If the furniture cost 50k mean the house it self only cost 240k. Look interesting

if you see the video, the elevated pedestrian walkway with steel chicken netting type flooring tu, if ah moi with skirt lalu, free show to all who sit under the walkway weh..hahaha
