No balcony for 1/2 rooms unit... Only 3 rooms come with balcony. Layout seems practical.

If further away.. mean the Taman Koperasi Cuepacs MRT Station?

The Seri Raya linked with Savile Kajang IMO in my book considered as isolated already... I do not know to call this project then.... laugh.gif

The Sri Laya linked with Sawill Cheras is relatively isolated in getting diversified food choices.

Next stn is BTHO with the "then" Neteasen has slightly better food choices than the previous stn....

The subsequent stn, Batu11 has the best choices of food variety (among these four) due to its surrounding eg Kg Baru Ceras Batu11, C180 and of course the Aion Ceras Selatan. This project location is within walking distance to some of those food varieties. Some banks are there too occupying the shoplots. As usual, the trade off is road and traffic conditions nearby kg baru can't be superb...

Last and the "least", the next stn Bkt Gugong (Tmn Koprasi Cupec) is again isolated.
