550sf - 1bedroom (RM250k++)
700sf - 2bedrooms (RM350k++)
870sf - 3bedrooms (RM450k++)


is about rm 500psf....slightly cheaper than aster
i heard 2 room 2 bathroom is 705sqft
mean slightly bigger than aster which is 650sqft
pricing not much different 350k vs 368k (aster)
about 18k cheaper considering both was mrt linked property but 4 more station further away from aster.

Updated info on Jul 18:
Maintenance fees at 0.25 psf.

Some digging reveals that the plot mentioned is currently the HQ of KYK Development Sdn Bhd. They only have track record of landed project so far. Unable to find any relavant city council's application for development yet so far.

Good thing they don't market the one roomer as soho else Segor guideline said it is not that price...

Thx for starting the thread.
The Azter 2R2B has constraints to partition a new room from living hall bcoz the toilets are all located inside the room.
Need to see this project's layout if possible...

Soho concept has nothing to do wuth number of rooms or one roomer concept must be soho.

Soho just means that legally u can have office and resi in the same space.

No... Soho concept has nothing with number of rooms nor one roomer concept is soho...

My statement was referring to the type where Segor ruling regarding soho fixed price at RM270K with minimum size from 550sqft.

And the marketing statement in earlier post didn't market it as soho.
