my parents still using Value Pack 3 RM84.80 monthly (mostly chinese channels), can remain as is? no need to change packs?

so difficult to cancel astro subscription; can only do via phone, on hold for 30mins, verification on all details, why cancel, have to wait for Astro to return call to get cancellation ID within 3 days, billing cycle on 8 Feb
if dont get cancellation ID, then another month to pay ? |
