astro packs are most complicated and confusing. I had an experience, upgraded NJOI and took Family Extra HD and Variety.However I cannot access the HD channels in Variety pack. Their reason I am not subscribed to HD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! To get HD in packs I must add on RM20 HD service!! Furious, I removed Variety they imposed RM10 penalty. Referred the matter to SKMM and the next day they waived the penalty! So do not fall for any Lite offers there could be hidden issues

Yes you're right.
But at the end of the day, who cares?
Is it illegal in the law that Astro at your business place does not show the small square box on bottom right corner, indicating that it is a residential subscription rather than business subscription?
Even if Astro found out, what will they do to you?

Company like Astro don't deserve to pay so much money. They monopoly the pay TV service for long enough already. But it's up to you if you want to go for the proper way by getting business subscription.

In my opinion, if people are not interested to subscribe/watch Astro no matter how much they ban this and that, they still find other alternatives such as subscribe OTT platforms (either legal or illegal ones), and still won't go for Astro.

It's like "die die also don't want Astro no matter what".

My box is PVR but the one that use external HDD. Can I connect its LAN port to access the internet and watch Astro VOD?

Nah... Astro is very stingy when it comes to HD.
They wanna make sure the channel has high viewership first, or some other reasons why they should provide the channel in HD, or else they won't even bother.

Guys... Now, at Astro Go's My Library section, I'm able to view all my recordings that I've made with my Astro Ultra box. (Offline recordings like for Astro PVR user, I think you can't see this feature available to you, yet.)
It also has option to resume the programme where I previously stopped, as well as delete the recording, all from Astro Go itself, can choose not to solely rely on Astro box anymore.   

Not bad wehhh... Cloud recording, or cloud PVR, does give the convenience for viewers to watch their recorded shows on Astro Go. 

I hope they can also implement more features to manage My Library, such as able to trim the start/stop of the recording (remove those extra recorded part at the beginning/end of the programme to save some cloud storage space), lock recording (require to enter PIN to access/delete recording), sort programme into "folders" created by user, and more.
