We regret to inform that currently Astro has recently launched the new Ultra Box which will be the replacement for our existing PVR box.

Please refer to below terms and condition for Ultrabox upgrade.

Requirement :

- Have internet connection at home (recommended > 10MBPS speed)
- Have a 4K UHD supported TV that is HDCP2.2 compliant
. Non-compliant, channel of Astro UHD (780), Astro First (498), Astro Best (499)] will not available for viewing.
- If your high-rise building allows for set up of individual dishes or if you live in a landed property, this limitation does not apply to you.
- Maintain a minimum subscription with a HD + Recording service.

Should the above requirement fulfilled, you may review the agreement term for the upgrading purpose :

Term and Condition (T&C) :

With 24 Months Contract :

1. Minimum Subscription Period of 24 months,
2. Fixed RM 1000 penalty (not incl SST) applies for early termination.
3. Free Installation if the current monthly package subscription above RM 100 or Installation fee of RM 199.00 if monthly package subscription below RM 100.
4. Set to be return within 14 days for early termination, or RM 500 applies for non-return equipment.

In the meantime , please note that for channels that have both SD and HD, recording function will ONLY applicable for HD channels. For the rest of the channels, recording capability will follow as below:

However our appointed installers and technicians are unable to carry out any appointments during this period of Movement Control Order (MCO). Please contact us after the MCO is lifted to reschedule appointment for technical visitation.
