1. Power off/unplug the power supply to your Ultra Box
2. Then, switch on the power
3. Use your Astro remote control, point towards the Ultra Box, press and hold the power button (once pressed, don't let go). You'll see the pink colour indicator on the front panel of your Ultra Box blinks repeatedly. Ignore that. Continue holding on pressing the power button, until you see the "Startup Options" page, like this:
4. Once you reach that page (you can let go the power button now), press 1
5. Then press 1 again. Now it download and reinstall the latest software update. Wait for about 5-10 minutes, it will reboot automatically.
6. Once done, check if problem persists.

I have no idea though. It just happens randomly. I try disable the standby mode just now. Let's see how it goes.
