pls advice,

i redeemed astro points back in april to rm10 rebate. but till now it shows status "order in progress". how long does it takes to process it? the points redeemed already been deducted though

yeah. they have. i didnt check the monthly biil, just keep checking the redemption status it was credited within 2 days.

on a separate matter, do i own full ownership of pvr decoder that i receive as free upgrade when subscribed to astro super package + multiroom? contract period ended.

i have 2 accounts, each with multiroom (normal decoder + pvr decoder). thinking of cancelling 1 account. if possible, want to transfer the pvr decoder to the other account.

if stb problem, can call and report. they will run through steps by phone to diagnose the problem. pretty boring and time consuming. after identify problem, will submit report. at this point, you can inform them that no technicians needed and you can return the stb to nearby astro centre for replacement. once confirm, proceed to the centre and get your new stb.

thats how i did it before. stb was bricked probably due to power loss during update. presumably it failed to update because i always turn it off. appearently i must leave stb on standby mode at all time even if im not watching tv. free replacement at no cost, but still during contract period. no other charges.

btw, why no lower rate options appears at astro website when i try to change my plan. no more contract already. but only plans costing higher than my current plan appears. cannot downgrade ke?

no. mine no contract renewed. but it was still during 24m contract period, thus it was still covered by warranty i suppose. free of charge replacement.

i think if u can identify stb is the actual problem via phone troubleshoot with their customer service, then no need tech. although in my case i told them im staying rural area so cant entertain techs to visit n replace. instead i asked to bring stb n replace it at astro centre. it was done within 4 days. delayed coz got to wait for them to confirm stock availability at that centre.

hi.

is superpack plans still available? im on superpack 4, want to change to superpack 2. but its not coming up in the list of package changes (in the account setting). mostly superpack lite 1,2,3,4... superpack plus...

any idea why i cant view channel details on astrogo via chrome web browser? all channels, no programs listed. just plain empty

tried reset data & cache. still nothing.
