If you want to watch Celestial Movies channel on the new packs, yes, you have to opt for Chinese Favourites add-on, which means add RM14.99 = Total RM127.17/month incl SST with 24m contract.
But on the brighter side, since you added Chinese Favourites, it means you can literally have access to ALL Chinese channels, including TVB Jade, Astro AOD, Astro Shuang Xing, TVB Xing He and more.
