hai...my byond decoder start acting up...should i change to this ultra box...btw im not using 4ktv..but tempting to try on demand services...will hd channel quality reduce also on fhd tv?

hi guys...i want to ask something...before this my astro subscription is family pack hd+sports+1 mini =RM122.90...but today i got december bill suddenly my bill become s value pack 4 =RM113.40...all my channel remain the same except i got 3 more channel...tayangan hebat thangathirai and celestial movies...im worried because i get more channel and my bill is cheaper...astro never told me anything about this change

actually i'm the only one who in charge for this astro..when i check again on the astro website it looks like value pack 4 is fans pack..maybe astro upgrade my account to fans pack because its the same thing as my previous ala carte subsbription...except its cheaper and getting 3 extra channel..

that is why i'm a little bit worry before because ...astro = ⬆️⬆️ not ⬇️⬇️..just enjoy this cheaper price for now...

hi..want to ask for an opinion here if i should change my byond hd decoder or just asking for astro technician to come check...starting from july last year it start to show no signal like when its raining but the sky is clear...total it happen from july last year till last wednesday is around 11 times...it will stay like that untill i turn off decoder completely and reboot again..also this decoder take forever to reboot and for image to display on tv...should i change decoder or just asking technician to check on sattelite dish

anyone here using galaxy s20fe5g...astro go on my phone suddenly not working today...when i open only infinite black screen...i thought its astro go problem...i look on twitter facebook and also here...nobody complain about it...on my old galaxy s8 it working fine...i also already uninstall and reinstall again...still black screen ..

nvm...it working again...1 basic thing i forget to do is restart my phone...after restart it start loading again..
