Hi,
I'm thinking to subscribe Astro Plug & Play to watch world cup in 4K UHD. I';m using 500Mpbs maxis fibre plan. Am i going to experience crystal clear picture quality like sateliite dish decoder does?

Using Astro Plug & Play now, suffering issue is real... even on channel like AEC, TVB Jade and etc. i'm using Maxis home fibre 500Mbps... using cable connection to ultrabox, but still get buffering from time to time...
any way to improve the streaming quality?

When i call Astro Customer Service hotlink, there is an announcement saying that they are encountering intermittent technical issues for ultra and ulti box. I believe it is referring to intermittent buffering issue that many people facing now?

Astro replaced me a brand new Ultrabox due to an intermittent buffering issue, i tested it for few hours yesterday, buffering issue is occurring too.

Report this to Astro customer service, and let us know what they say afterwards. Or email them also can, and attach with your speedtest results to make it more convincing.

Yap, i connected to LAN cable.

No issue for streaming Netflix 4K, youtube, TVB anywhere app.. it only happen when watching live TV on astro.

I will write an email to wecare@astro... will update here once i hear from them
