Dish is same (65cm),only LNB must be with 4 (quad) outputs (PVR using 2 outputs).

Majority of people has only Byond and as me and all my friends has 2 decoders (Byond and PVR) or Multiroom, IPTV and NJOI customers are not eligible.

So whats is Astro point, to allowe only user with single PVR to apply for UHD..? confused.gif

As single PVR user has LNB with 2 outputs,now must change to 1 output... confused.gif

Finally, my PVR and Byond (Multiroom) will be change to Ultra Boxes another 4-5 working days.
Confirm today..... rclxms.gif

Sifus.....they must change LNB also..right..? hmm.gif

Now is quad with 3 coaxial cables.

Apologize...apologize...apologize...installation (Ultra Box) scheduled for 26.december.....nobody came, nobody call...!!! mad.gif

Last 3 days..."Issue has been escalated to the relevant team and you shall be update for any feedback received"
or..." Installer will contact you to arrange the appointment for installation". rclxub.gif

Until now no phone call or fix date for installation.... ranting.gif

Software update 100% and self reboot....after boot...again old software...... rclxub.gif
