You're not the only one out there that wants to stay in Super Pack 3.
Astro has been encouraging customers to migrate to the new packs since 2021, so they contacted you to upsell you to the new packs, is simply their ongoing process.

And yes, if you migrate from Super Pack 3 to Premium Pack 3, you'll lose Sports and News & Documentaries as you mentioned, but you'll get Netflix instead. Some people may like it, some don't.
As long your subscription has Movies Pack, regardless of legacy or new packs, you'll be entitled to Disney+ Hotstar and HBO GO.

Super Pack 3/3a has Movies Pack.
And that means you are already entitled to Disney+ Hotstar since the day it launches in June 2021. If you didn't use it, then you rugi lah.

If you're using Ulti or Ultra Box, you can launch the Disney+ Hotstar app and login to start watching, or link it to your Astro account if you haven't do so: https://astro.com.my/disney

For Netflix, you can login to your own existing Netflix account (make sure the subscription is already active) on your Ulti/Ultra Box and start watching. It is not true that you must upgrade to new pack to use Netflix on Ulti/Ultra Box.

Guys I am using Ultra box, with TIME 500mbps. Router is right next to Ultrabox but I still yet loading circle from time to time while my other devices on the same WiFi don't have issues.

Test Connection on my Ultra box shows speeds ranging from 5mbps to 40mbps, while on my phone its full 500mbps.

Quite irritating when watching shows (especially sports) and it just pause and loads....while I know clearly the Internet has no issue.

Anyone encountered this issue before? Will using LAN cable help with the stability?

Funnily, I am on Digi and when I use roaming, I can access Astro Go perfectly fine.

Recently my box connection to satellite is lost, hence contemplating if I should call Astro technician (fees applies) to fix it or just use the internet network for viewing? Thanks

Thanks, one other thing I realize is that initial channel startup (when we switch to a channel), there is some 10sec pixilation (buffering) before it becomes clear, but tolerable.

Hello guys. Anyone getting problem connecting to 5ghz wifi today? Suddenly my ultra box doesn’t want to connect to 5ghz but 2.4ghz wifi can. Ultra Box (SFH1) v23.2.3.56

After spending nearly a week trying to get a proper 5.1 audio when watching TV, I noticed something. BEIN Sports don't have 5.1 audio, even when they are providing 4K feed. This is noticeable as Astro's own native feed will have 5.1 audio on channel 805 (with commentary/voices coming from centre, even during commercial).

Surprisingly enough, even History Channel has 5.1 audio. BEIN, why are you skimping? 🤌🤌🤌

Planning to visit Taiwan for about 12 days. Hope to be able to stream some of the English Premier League live matches using my Astro GO account.
Hopefully paying for Maxis Data Roaming for 15 days pass will work.
