well, correct me if wrong .I was once informed there was a difference in running time of cinema version to TV version.In any event its a matter of choice.If I really want to catch a particular movies and enjoy the sound effects and PQ I prefer a cinema

If commenting on facts and graphs is racism then what do we call astro's way of doing business race based? Satu Malaysa? Malaysia Baru? Time we all grew up and face facts without thoughts of Race in our minds! After malays data shows indians are No:2,so lets accept it and move on! Chinese do not depend on astro cos they hv several alternatives,down south Mediacorp 8 caters for them FOC .That leaves Malays and Indians to hang on to astro,for content. Dual language and subtitles are also other factors which draws more malay customers.why argue,there is no racism here!

astro,telcos do not lose a single Sen all these Free services come under CSR (Corporate social responsibility) which in other word means We help you you help us. Not all benefits reach us. For example I pay RM45 for my celcom with 4GB data,so with the so called 1GB Free data,i still pay my RM45, TNB at least gives discount from 30 to 15%, why cant astro give the same? Astro promotes itself at the expense of its paying customers

Agreed,Netflix is horrible,Prime Video excellent 4k

U can access PV and Disney+ using VPN. Disney + now comes FOC with Hotstar apk. which is RM85 per year

very doubtful this channel wl be considered cos it may become a threat to astro's In house movie channels Vellithirai and Thangathirai

Between Vanavil and Vinmeen one can go,both have no contents they are repeating the same and just changing time slots! As for Jaya,Raj and Kalaingar all these 3 channels lack good content. Suntv VJtv and Zeetv can deliver excellent content alraedy. Pity sun music is not HD,if only it goes HD then I think these channels are great and enough to deliver the best for tamil viewers

astro recycles its contents,from Astro First, thangathirai,it goes to Vinmeen, Vellithirai,from there it goes to Rajini 70!! So quite doubtful Zee thirai will be allowed,well lets hope for it,it will be a good alternative Infact they can consider replacing TT with ZT HD

VJ tv HD too does not seem like real HD version,the same channel on Videocon is 1000X better

all are malaysian feed,most movie and serial time slots are selected and sold to local advertisers. Colors HD is full serial version for malaysia,while India version has Movie slots with hollywood movies dubbed to Tamil Most of the channels have programmes sponsored by local spice companies like Babas

BTW checking the guide confirms that Zee HD is a compiled made for malaysia edition. Taking off 3 variety channels which had more choices and replacing it with a compiled channel was a silly move. Infact colors HD is also a flop here,mostly dubbed serials,it is also a malaysian edition The other thing unifis colors HD is also a different malaysian edition

As I have mentioned earlier Zeetv is a made for malaysian edition showing old shows with 3 movie slots in between. For current India lockdown all Indian channels run movies whole day.Either way losing 3 live channels is a big loss.Colors Tv is also malaysian edition.For now only Suntv is original content at local timing. In political terms its like voting PH but PN forms the govt

The contents of these channels lack original tamil serials and blockbuster movies .They are not local advertisers choice.Most of the content were direct with malaysian timing.Morever the 3 channels never had sponsors!Thats also why asstro let go those channels. Except for sun and VJ the other channels are not popular among local advertisers.

Is the SP lite available at website?

The whole SP types are gimmicks,I notice that for Indian packs Thangathirai is still a further add on which means another RM10+ So SPL will cost RM115+RM10 while NP with Thangthirai and movie add on wl cost RM130+
