Something’s fishy here” Left speaker has no sub outputs though. Just Edifier’s 5pin speaker cable input only So it got me thinking how this sub gets audio. Looking at the back it has nothing other than power and a bunch of text with one red LED Yup you guessed right. The Subwoofer is wireless. I liked the versatility but audiophiles might not appreciate this feature. (they’re so wrong if they deny wireless) Provided accessories but yours may differ from mine. Mine was a test sample unit so the cables are probably not the same with yours. The circular puck is the same remote you see in S350DB and many other Edifier series. Yup. Same ones. They’re good. Well it gets me saying what other changes Edifier made in the S360DB where it jumps into a huge price increase from S350DB. I mean it looks the same. They used the exact cabinet for their speakers. It should sound similar doesn’t it? No. They’re different. Just like S1000DB and S2000PRO. Same speakers, different sound all around. Good day sir, is the wireless sub-woofer using Wi-Fi or Bluetooth technology? I am considering to get this but unfortunately, I just read some users complain about the wireless speaker interfered with 5Ghz Wi-Fi signal. I really prefer S360DB over the older S350DB. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

QUOTE(andrekua2 @ Mar 20 2023, 01:58 PM) I'm pretty sure that 5GHz wifi and 5.8GHz wifi that Edifier used did not interfere with one another. I believed the poster did not even knew how his speaker works. It did not connect the soundbar to the sub via bluetooth but via 5.8GHz WiFi. I checked the WLAN 5GHz channels and indeed the upper channel of 161 and above does goes into 5800MHz. If it does end up interfering, all you need to do is manually change the channel of your 5GHz wifi to lower channel. Personally I'm using B70 which also featured a 5,8GHz wireless sub but I havent try speedtest to see if it does interfere and how much did it interfere with the 5GHz wifi. You are so correct! As last few days I ask my friend who have wireless speaker (not Bluetooth) and he said never noticed any drop in his internet speed and he is also streaming high bandwidth from Tidal without problem. I also feels that so many wireless speaker sold worldwide, it can't be so few users have problem if this is a common issue. Anyway, I've decided to try Edifier S360DB. Many thanks for your helpful and informative comment.
