If your skin is just dry, you could try natural soaps which contains more glycerin. And limit contact with water unless you're bathing, washing will remove some natural oils from skin.

Did you manage to over come it ? The doctor give me itch pills for me to take 

yes doctor give me some cream can stop itchyness, and slowly my skin recover. i remember i used 2-3 cream and fully recover

maybe go for another doctor ? skin specialist?

I use coconut oil to apply on my body  certain place  hope it get well

do you see improvement?

Not much yet  body is okay but the leg not so good yet

maybe try on eucerin / cetaphil body lotion ?
