Surprising infor. Ha.
I am using Win 10 on my desktop (1 TB HHD). I think with Win 10 home basic it was taking up about 160 GB when it was new. Now used space is about 232 GB (did a lot of cleaning the other day).
So, glad to hear you can still run with 120 GB SSD and Win pro!
So going for 256 GB SSD! Ha.
If fresh install Win 10 takes about 10-15GB only.I am using Win 10 on my desktop (1 TB HHD). I think with Win 10 home basic it was taking up about 160 GB when it was new. Now used space is about 232 GB (did a lot of cleaning the other day).

I think you having such big usage is either after upgrade you didn't clean up old windows file, or still have a lot garbage file from previous windows, or it include all the program files.
