I personally think that so called glitch appeared last night was a scam tactic by lazada. You pay willingly to lazada and then it becoming voucher instead of cash refund so you will have no choice but to spend more to buy other stuff. Anyone having the same thought?

Lazada CS really topkek, email them information earlier this month about my lazada gift card issue (unable to use), gave them all information/ref no.

Then last week sent me the issue has been resolved and case closed.
