Chatting for CS for the 4th time.  I know is not going to get it.  See how Lazada CS react on it.

lazada become worse and worse and worse nowaday.. my order has been canceled so many times.. they give unsatisfied reason.. then automatically give store credit.. if ask for transfer refund, it took until 2 weeks to get the money back.. meanwhile shopee only took 1 day if i canceled the items.. then no good voucher code with increasing price of many items.. maybe it's time to say goodbye to lazada? frustrated customer here..
