After I cancelled my CIMB CA yesterday, when I tried to access the same clicks account online I got this message:
"Card Replacement: Your ATM/Debit Card registered with CIMB Clicks is no longer valid. Please enter your new ATM/Debit Card number and ATM PIN to continue accessing CIMB Clicks. For any assistance, please contact our Call Center at 1 300 880 900 (Malaysia) or +603 2295 6100 (overseas)"

So looks like it is better I open a new zero-cost Basic Savings Account + a new clicks account to access SA + Lazada Prepaids + Creditcards and avoid all the possible problems mentioned above.

It is not waived upfront. We paid RM9.43+RM0.57 (pre- 1/6) for the annual fee and CIMB would give a credit of RM10 on the 25th of the following month.
Another RM10 is the initial account credit balance.

If you don't need a CIMB CASA, why not try to register a CIMBClicks ID for your CIMB CC? But not sure if it will link the CIMB-Lazada Prepaid Mastercard or you can create another CIMBClicks ID purely for CIMB-Lazada card.

I want to have only 1 clicks account for easy transfer of funds within cimb SA, CC and Lzd Prepaid.

Haha you just need to put all your fund into M2U Savers / UOB e-account / Alliance One etc to enjoy high interest rate. Then IBFT to CIMB CC or CIMB-Lazada card when needed.

Confirm cannot, my old CIMBClicks ID for CC couldn't do Lazada Prepaid.

Just create a BSA (no fees/annual fees) and create CIMBClicks ID with that one. Your CC and Lzd Prepaid will show up there.

arghh my salary is tied up with this ATM card.
So theoretically i can't just remove it and create BSA.

Go to another CIMB branch to get a new CASA and link to the existing ATM card, then cancel the old CASA?

1st Year Annual Fee Waiver
5. To be eligible for the 1st year annual fee waiver of RM10, the Eligible Customer has to top
up a minimum of RM20 during the application of the CIMB-Lazada Prepaid Mastercard
during the Campaign Period whereby the sum of RM10 will be paid towards the annual fee
of the card.
6. Once the Eligible Customer’s CIMB-Lazada Prepaid Mastercard is successfully approved, the
1st year annual fee waiver of RM10 will be credited back into the Eligible Customer’s CIMB
Lazada Prepaid Mastercard account on 25th of the following month.

but 1ST i topup only rm10...so my card will be no waive annual fee ?

You account is frozen till approval granted.
Wait for the approval, try again tomorrow.
Make sure you give your signature and Bank statement / Utility bill showing your address.

Where can I find cvv and card expiry date? Need to call them ask?

No cimb casa can apply cimb lazada prepaid master card?

CIMB CASA is not needed but you must have a CASA from another bank to perform online fund transfer (initial top up >RM20).

I'm New / Do not have a CIMB Clicks ID

I have basic SA with cimb and clicks acc,is it possible to cancel my cimb master debit card after i got the lazada prepaid card to avoid the debit card annual fee and just use lazada prepaid to replace the debit card as atm card?

or maybe il just keep both cards anyway. Paying AF for both only cost rm25, not much of a big deal lol
