Guys i need help, had my order for a ds4 cancelled and received an email to provide bank details for refund. They said I had 24 hours to provide bank details or they will refund to store credit. 5 mins later after i give bank details i got another email telling me its refunded to store credit, wtf?

I dont want to activate my lazada wallet and emailed them about it all they says is they cannot do anything about it.

Has anyone experienced this b4? Can give advice on how to get them to refund back into my bank account?

Last 3 weeks I bought a TV from 11street. The seller cancelled my order due to wrong pricing, refund took me 2 weeks to credit back into my bank.

No compensation voucher  & bad treatment from 11street CS. Complained to KPDNKK until now also no news. So don't waste your time.

In my opinion, 11street and Shopee working model are almost the same, which is providing a platform for buyer and seller only, with minimum service provided.
Lazada is a bit different, along side the platform, they also provide good service to both buyer and seller, managing the satisfaction between the buyer and seller.

So far I got 16 vouchers from this round of cancellation, still 9 to go
