I thought ATM/Debit card is FOC for Basic CASA?
CIMB-Lazada card is a stand-alone prepaid card (max stored value RM4999), not a debit/ATM card linking to your CASA. You can withdraw cash at a CIMB ATM, not at any MEPS/Mastercard ATM.

Check the refund status at Lazada App.

Refund process is completed. We have issued your refund via Credit Card.

Then the refund will take a few days (3 days more or less) to reach your credit card.

Not sure. But better activate the card.
AFAIK, if you don't activate CIMB credit card for a certain period, the CC will be suspended and terminated.
So I believe if you don't activate CIMB-Lazada card, CIMB will eventually block the card due to security reason.

CIMB can have your card transaction amount (ie final payment amount) only to calculation 15% Max RM25/month + 1% Max RM25/month.

Don't use FPX.

The retailers should not increase their selling price on 1/9/18 afterwards for old stocks (acquired 1/6/18 - 31/8/18) due to "The Price Control and Anti-Profiteering Act", but they will adjust the price only when get new stocks from overseas or manufacturers (if produced after 1/9/18).

Get a CIMB-Lazada Prepaid MasterCard to buy 2 PGCs every month till December 2018. You save at least 15%, no code needed.
If you want more PGCs, the use other ICs to get more CIMB-Lazada MasterCard. Eg get 5 CIMB-Lazada card, so you will have 60 PGCs worth RM6000 petrol credit at spending RM5071.20 only.
