If I were the buyer, the main reason would be the 24 (or even 36 with some banks) 0% interest instalment
Even if the price is 1-2% higher, if I put the money in FD surely the interest will be better, plus get better cash flow

BTW you can choose Basic SA without fee , no annual fees on that. Are you sure your account is Basic SA ? Because even if you opted for option 2, the fees should only be RM8 /year
Open you CIMB Clicks. Does it say "Basic SA with/without fee" ?
