No such rule. Very limited item have voucher restrictions. Examples are pgc, gift cards etc

I don't think my request is childish. It's a simple question. Do they plan to restock before the promo ends.
I wanted a simple but certain answer, yes or no, and not something like we don't know / we cannot guarantee.
The pencil is shipped separately from the iPad anyway, so worst case scenario if they receive their stock late is just delay.
So the main question here is do they want to sell any more of this promo ?

They can ask someone who does.
Someone in the store, like the purchasing manager should know. Especially when they are having promotions.

She could have sent them an email and respond to me via email when she received the answer, as they usually do

This time she straight away say we don't know.
