afaik, AA pts based on transacted date + 3 years

should not do it last minute in case the exchange not able to function like what's happening now

Concerning your email, we are sorry for what you have experienced recently. We would like to inform you that the AirAsia app was facing some technical issues and it affected the Samsung Pay Exchange Points feature. However, the AirAsia team has rectified the issue, thus you may perform exchange transactions from the AirAsia BIG rewards program. Furthermore, those customers who would like to transfer 100k points and above might be facing such an issue, therefore you may import twice by dividing 2 for example 50k in each transaction.

Apart from that, we would like to inform you that each participant is only allowed to perform a maximum of five(5) conversion transactions according to this exchange points campaign each month per Samsung Rewards account and per AirAsia membership account respectively.

Eg: Five(5) conversion transactions per month from Samsung Points to AirAsia points and Five(5) conversion transactions per month from AirAsia points to Samsung points
