I wonder when AMEX will be supported with Samsung pay Malaysia.

Hi, i have the 2 Maybank card, Amex and Visa. Visa can work with Samsung pay but Amex doesn't allow. Which is a better option to use for purchases, Samsung pay with visa or Amex on it's own?

I will normally use Amex first since i get 5x points and cash back on weekends and if the merchant doesn't accept Amex, i will ask for Samsung pay with Visa.

Is this the best way?

Thanks for confirming. So annoyed with Air Asia big points system, takes more than 24 hours to get the points reflected when there is an error with the site. I've been trying twice since monday. Got fed up and booked my tickets today morning and 1 hour later, the points are showing.

It seems more valueble to move the points back to samsung pay and use it for the supermarket shopping.

Yea between Spay and big points it is instantaneous.

Air Asia CS is damn useless, seriously. Webchat made me wait 1 hour plus and told me need to email big points group. So i did that and sent a PM through their FB page on Monday. Till today, no reply by email but FB messenger reply (today morning) said, i need to email big points group.

First time points came back 23 hours later. Second round it hanged also and came back like 37 hours later.

Hi all, i've used my Spay after 2 years today and was a bit curious.

1. I used Spay at a shop that didn't put any Spay logo. First try it said suspected fraud and second try worked fine. This was with HSBC card. However, i don't see any transaction in my Spay. Is it because the shop doesn't have a Spay logo?

2. I can't seem to add my CIMB card to Spay. It says bank doesn't allow. I find it weird because my previous phone allowed it.

Anyone had similar issues before?

Hi, if i change my phone, do i need to call the bank to add my Visa card? Debit card had no issue but Visa can't. It was in my old phone's Spay.
