bigpay is by Airasia under CIMB.
CIMB already got approval for credit, debit & prepaid.
I guess bigpay should be able join spay.

another question is why spay only need to support bank card? in many country, their touch n go card are supported in spay. in hk, octopus card is widely use in spay. they have a dedicated button at spay and can use for anything. they even got own promotion and offer under spay that seperate from cc/debit/prepaid card.

Tune Money are still have something to do with CIMB if you scratch further. They cant register unless they have a bank to support.,
