Just opened my iconx redeemed from last year since its hard to sell them. Im surprised the right side was dead out of box. No wonder so many complaints online about them.

The letter that accompanies that item, only cover for item exchange within 7 days only if it not working right? I managed to sold mine, within that 7 days.

All are pathetic items.
Big or high value items are no longer offered for redemption.

It's useful for me but I think the one I have is more suited for open spaces like living room because it doesn't have mapping. I only used mine for living room and nowhere else.

If you want to have mapping to sweep in different room then it's better to get one with mapping capability.
