I am not sure but I always check with the cashier first if their paywave terminal is working before proceeding with my purchase. 3 months ago, experienced many MyNews outlets with merchant terminal offline.

Samsung Pay is indeed addictive, fun and convenient. Ever since using S Pay, I carry very little cash with me and no longer need to worry about bring my stack folder of member/loyalty cards. 👍👍✌

True, if ever in doubt just ask if their paywave terminal is working before proceeding further. Try not to mention Samsung Pay as that might spark some panic amongst certain cashiers.

If within Klang Valley should be around the same day. 😅

I don't know that it doesn't apply to all MyNews stores. The one at 1U and Empire Damansara does.

Try asking the cashier if can pay reload for T&G using pay wave instead of Samsung Pay. That is what I always ask first. If they say can, than only whip out phone and profit.

I had 2 transactions not logged and no points issued. E-mail SPay CS, waiting for reply.

My data connection is on every time I use Samsung Pay but didn't receive points for 3 transactions these past 2 days.

No worries. Let SPay CS figure out and credit back the points. They are quite efficient.

I waved twice today and received points, not sure what happened 2 days ago.

You don't have template from previous complain or you never had to complain before? Just copy paste, change the dates and upload the new pictures of the receipt and screen shot. 2 minute work to recover 40 points or more.
